Job Description

A Marketing Assistant supports the work of the marketing manager and executives on project collaborations, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing campaigns directed at maximising company profits and brand awareness.

 

The ideal candidate

 

The ideal assistant will be someone that is looking to work in a dynamic environment, one that will be offered a range of different projects and campaigns to work on, from partners to in-house projects. This team player will be someone who is detail orientated, proactive and ready to learn a lot of new skills through on-the-job training.

 

  • English mandatory, Mandarin is a bonus.

  • Excellent people skills and ability to think outside the box is desirable.

  • A team player is a must, extremely motivated and a go-getter.

  • Knowledge of the e-commerce clothing industry would be beneficial.

Role and Responsibilities*

The Marketing Assistant will support management on the following:

  • Creating project, campaign and collaboration proposal.

  • Planning and execution strategy for projects, campaigns and collaborations.

  • Compiling ROI reports using set templates.

  • Assist during set-up for any planned events.

  • Manage the maintenance of the company's social media sites.

    • Scheduling posts

    • Resizing imagery

    • Create promotional flyers

    • Drive engagement

  • Assist on market research

  • Assist with community building. Includes;

    • Engaging and interacting on forums and social media groups on LinkedIn, WeChat and Facebook

  • Assist with maintaining the company’s CRM & Referral programs.

  • Assist on optimizing content for SEO

 

Work hours:

 

Monday – Friday: 09:00am – 2pm
